buy more house for your money. You are probably already aware of the benefits
of the VA Loan program, which includes construction loans for building a new
modular home, but you may not be aware of some of the benefits being offered by
modular home builders and manufacturers. We've listed some modular home
companies that advertise special deals for military members below. We are not

GA, VA, MD advertises a Military Appreciation promotion on their website that states that any Military
member can get $2,000 in free options or upgrades by presenting their military ID when the modular
home is ordered.
Atlantis Homes LLC -this manufactured retailer and modular home builder in Delaware and
Maryland offers a military discount to all service men and women. For details on this offer you have
to contact one of their Home Centers.
Palm Harbor Homes - one of the largest modular home manufacturers (also includes Nationwide
Custom Homes and Discovery Custom Homes), Palm Harbor has model home centers across the
U.S. Their Military Heroes Discount program offers a $2,500 discount towards the purchase of a new
Palm Harbor Home. The offer may not be available at all locations so this link takes you to a page
where you can find a model center. You can type in your zip code for a list of modular home centers
in your area. From there, click on the "special offers" link to see if the military discount is available. I
checked a few locations and about half of them advertised the military discount. The Nationwide
locations had a link to the Nationwide website, which says that it is available through company owned
Nationwide model centers or participating, approved builders.
